VailMX LLC respects your privacy. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

What we collect

When you submit a reservation or newsletter form, we collect only the information you provide: name, contact details, trip preferences, and origin country. We use Vercel Analytics (no personal data) and Plausible (privacy-friendly, no cookies) to understand site traffic.

How we use it

Contact information is used only to respond to your inquiry and coordinate your lesson. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal data.

Data retention

We keep reservation data for as long as needed to operate and improve our service. You can request deletion at any time by emailing hola@vailmx.com.

Your rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data. We respond within 30 days.
