These terms govern your use of this website and the private ski lessons arranged through VailMX LLC. By using this site or contacting us, you agree to these terms.

Quotes and lessons

This website does not take bookings or payments. When you contact us on WhatsApp, we check instructor availability and send you a quote for your dates. Price, payment method and cancellation terms for your lesson are agreed in that conversation before anything is confirmed.

Liability

Skiing carries inherent risks. All participants assume those risks and agree to follow their instructor's guidance and resort rules at all times.
