Terms of service

These terms govern your use of this website and the booking of private ski lessons with VailMX LLC. By using this site or submitting a reservation request, you agree to these terms.

Bookings and payments

Reservations are confirmed by VailMX after we verify instructor availability. Unless otherwise stated in writing, full payment is due in cash to your instructor on the day of the lesson.

Cancellations

Full refund if you cancel at least 30 days before the lesson. Inside that window we handle each case individually — usually by rescheduling. If the lesson cannot proceed for external reasons (resort closure, unsafe mountain conditions, etc.) you may choose between rescheduling or a full refund. To cancel, message Rufino on WhatsApp or write to hola@vailmx.com.

Liability

Skiing carries inherent risks. All participants assume those risks and agree to follow their instructor's guidance and resort rules at all times.
